And if you prefer to work with your data off line, the Infradox Back office API allows you to access and download all your live data as XML over HTTP.
The current version of Infradox back office offers the following functions…

Back office menu
User account management
Use this module to manage and create user accounts. Set – group based or individual – permissions, search filters and so on. You can specify detailed access permissions for each individual user, whether or not the user must pay online to enable download rights, if the user must use the price calculator and so on. You can create user accounts to allow clients to access your website but you may also create accounts for different purposes, such as invoicing or for CRM purposes. The user management function offers many powerful functions among these the ability to create lightboxes and/or orders directly into user accounts, asynchronous delivery of files to remote FTP servers etc.
Order management
The integrated order management module is used to review orders that are created on the client facing website. You can grant and revoke digital delivery permissions, quote prices, mark order details for invoicing and so on. You can specify per order whether or not the user can see the pricing info and if prices are shown as totals only or broken down for each order detail. The order management module has built in functions to communicate with clients about usage, prices etc. You may also grant permissions to certain clients to download files without having to wait for a staff member.
Invoice management
Create invoices for files that are part of website orders. Other types of invoices can also be created and it is possible to add invoice details that are not file related. Such details may be for products or services. The Invoice management module includes payment registration, invoice reminders, marking invoices to be paid to suppliers, collection reports and so on.
Online payments
Infradox back office has built-in support for payments using PayPal. You can configure every detail through the back office site configuration function. Support for other payment systems is available on request. Note that you can specify for each user account if that user must pay online to have download permissions for a particular order or not. It’s also possible to quote prices first and to then request online payment to automatically enable permissions. The Infradox order system is the most flexible in the industry and it will suit almost any need without the need for customization.
Supplier management
Suppliers are grouped for easy management. New content is automatically linked to suppliers based on specific settings. Supplier based defaults can be automatically applied. You can apply territorial restrictions (to specify where the supplier’s content is available) – content that is not available in a client’s territory will be automatically hidden. Specify the payment periodicity, percentages and so on. All settings can be changed per supplier or for all suppliers in a group. Groups usually – but not necessarily – represent agents.
Site configuration
This function gives access to a several sub functions among which your invoice layout settings, nominal codes, tax percentages, products and so on. Site configuration also allows you to manage currencies, default settings for new users, several parameters to change how the client facing website functions etc. Site configuration furthermore allows you to configure your PayPal account settings for online payments.
Meta data Repository
The repository is a central place that stores meta data definitions for your client facing website. You can configure which fields are required, hidden, read only, linked to the vocabulary (and to which level in the repository hierarchy), linked to fixed value lists etc. You can change the order in which fields appear in editing dialogs and on which of the tab sheets the fields appear. The labels that are used for each of the fields can be changed as required and you can specify which fields appear in the supplier’s editing dialog. Suppliers can edit their own content from the preview pages if the supplier editing module is activated.
Controlled vocabulary
The Controlled Vocabulary allows you to create a hierarchically organized list of terms (keywords and/or categories). Each term can have multiple synonyms. The Repository module allows you to link the Controlled Vocabulary to specific metadata fields. When one is editing meta data, suggested terms from the CV are automatically displayed and the function also supports an “auto complete” function.

Gallery manager with drag & drop support
Price calculator
Infradox back office has a built-in editor that allows you to manage all the parameters of the price calculator for RM photography. You can change and test all the different settings without affecting the client facing pages. Once you are done you can publish the new version of your calculator to make it available on the website. E.g. with new prices, additional options and so on.

Price calculator configuration
Content management
Many of the client facing pages display text that is stored in the database. Such pages show a red “edit text” button that allow you to change the text for any of the languages that your website supports.
Metadata management
The admin toolbar is integrated in the normal website functions and can be accessed by clicking the admin icon that usually appears at the top left of most pages. The admin toolbar allows you to batch edit the metadata of files. It is also possible to edit the meta data of a specific file only from the preview pages.
Supplier’s editing module
With this module your suppliers are allowed to edit the meta data for their own files from the preview pages. You can configure which fields will appear for editing in the supplier editing dialog and which labels are used for the available fields.
Gallery management
The new gallery manager allows you to create and/or amend galleries and to organize your galleries in groups. Client facing pages usually have several root levels for e.g. portfolios, features, subject galleries and so on. It is also possible to “cross-link” galleries. This makes it possible to show certain galleries in different ways. E.g. features can be cross-linked to a “show room” page. The order in which cross linked galleries appear can be rearranged with drag and drop.
Logs
The log module provides detailed information about your web site’s usage. All information is available side wide, but also for each individual user. For instance, what files are in a user’s light boxes and/or cart. What search queries were used, how many files were found, when was the site visited and much more.
